What Happens Next?

After you enter your payment details, you'll be taken to a thank you page with further instructions on how to book. Please note that spots are very limited. Please book your session immediately upon booking confirmation or you may have to wait until the following month to receive your session.

We're currently experiencing a high volume of requests, so your reading may be scheduled up to 14 business days from the date you book.

While earlier appointments may be available, we can't guarantee them due to the demand.

There will be no exchanges or refunds and readings are not transferrable. If you cannot make your appointment time, you need to notify us at [email protected] at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your appointment. And there will be no make-ups or re-schedulings if there was no attempt made to reach out to us with a valid reason of why you were unable to make your appointment. Please submit your questions for your reading on this checkout page. If you have questions that come up later, you may submit them to [email protected] however, if this is not done at least 3 business days in advance there is no guarantee your questions will be communicated in time for the reading. The recordings of your readings will be emailed using a Google Drive link within 5 business days. It is your responsibility to download these files from Google Drive within 30 days as we cannot guarantee the files after this date.
